· Carry out clerical duties, including checking emails, answering phones and preparing documents, filing / scanning

· Manage data in spreadsheets and reports

· Administrative housekeeping

· Scheduling of on-site measurements

· Customer Service (receive orders, check price, retrieve stock and retail, collection)

· Assist Tailor with measurements

· Coordinate production and schedule

· Prepare / Check inventory status of raw materials
