Job Description

Major responsibilities performed by the ground staff include:

Checking passengers for the flight
Assisting passengers who are with children and disabled passengers
Handling the unloading and loading of passengers luggage from the aircraft
Carrying out security check activities at regular intervals
Updating passengers with timings and change in the flight schedule.
Checking passengers for the flight.
Assisting the passengers who are with children & disabled passengers.

Re-booking the passengers of delayed flights.
Handling the unloading and loading of passengers luggage from the aircraft.
Carrying security check activities at regular interval.
Preparing the flight plan according to the weather condition of the destination & origin.
