Job Summary:
As a Sales Telecalling Executive at CreditCares Loan Agency, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our loan products, and converting leads into satisfied clients. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce CreditCares’ loan products and services.
- Lead Conversion: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our loan products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Experience in the loan or financial services industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
