What is TeamLease?

A. TeamLease Services (Pvt) Ltd. is a temp & permanent staffing provider. In addition to      permanent placements, we provide candidates jobs on a contract basis. The candidate      is an employee of TeamLease and deputed to the client’s premises to perform the      duties as described by the client.

What is temporary staffing?

A. Temporary staffing is a management tool which enables an organization to reduce
    employee related costs, while retaining control of the employee.

What is the difference between temporary staffing and Payrolling?

A. In Payrolling, the current employee or employees as identified by the client would be
    transferred to the rolls of TeamLease. In case of temporary staffing, the responsibility
    of sourcing the employee lies with TeamLease. This sourcing would be done
    in line with the requirement of the client.

Do I have to pay any fees to TeamLease if I get a job through you?

A. We do not charge any candidates for the services that we offer.

How do the candidates benefit?

A.  We work with a wide clientele. We cater to most industries and are confident of finding
     you the right job.

     The Temping option is very convenient when the candidate

  1. prefers taking up a job on a contract basis
  2. Professionals who are interested in working part time and also pursuing higher studies.

  4. Looking at a stepping stone into permanent employment.
What is the procedure once a candidate gets selected for a contractual job?

A. After the final selection by the client, the candidate gets into a contractual agreement
    with TeamLease for the related project / contract period. The candidate is given an offer
    letter by TeamLease. This offer letter will indicate the job role of the candidate and his/
    her responsibilities. The candidate on accepting the offer letter will be subjected to the
    rules and regulations of TeamLease and the day to day supervision by the client.
