TL Net is India’s first Temporary Job Network helps job seekers by providing current job opportunities across various Industries.

Enabling jobseekers to build their resume and post it on our website, applying for jobs online, receive status on the interview schedules and details of the timings of the interviews are just some of the few features that this has to offer.

On the other hand we also provide our “Clients” login ids and passwords, for them to access information on our employees that are currently deputed at their office.
The Client can access the list of our associates working with them, with their details. Job requirements can also be posted online, for which we work towards closure hence reducing our TAT’s. The List of associates who have undergone their appraisals as well as the results are also available for the Client to view.

For our “Associates” we provide them by giving each of them a login id as well as a password, to access their

  1. Pay slips
  2. Tax Computation
  3. Employment details
  4. Employee manual
  5. Any pending registration
  6. Allows  them to change personal info as and when required
  7. Knowledge on their referral program

Contact Center

The applications used in the Contact center are integrated with the ALCS enabling the Associates to access the right information 247, which is the first point of contact for the Associates.

The Contact Center comprises of:

  • Web Access
  • e-Mail Query System
  • Call Center

Web login gives access to Payroll, Benefits & HR Information and an Associate can login using a unique pin & password from the home page www.teamlease.com.

An eCRM tool, powered by Talisma, Info@teamlease.com represents a single e-mail ID with an intelligent messaging system that maintains the history of the queries / interactions and offers a comprehensive tracking mechanism.

The Associate could to write to info@teamlease.com to query or sort information related to salary, reimbursements, pay slips, tax, loans, leave, insurance, HR policies etc

The Associate as also has an option to call in on a toll free number 1-800-425-8575, and speak with the CSR.
