1. Conduct tele-counselling sessions to guide participants in making informed
decisions about our executive courses.
2. Understand candidate profiles to tailor counselling sessions according to their career
enhancement needs.
3. Effectively convey the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses.
Responsibilities:
· Cold calling leads, deliver courses offering demos to qualified leads & reaching out to parents/decision makers thereby enrolling them to courses.
·Play a role of trusted career advisor to both student and parent.
· Counsel the student, set goal and inspire them to study more for competitive exams.
· Convince the value of academic program to parents/students.
Skills Required:
· Must have pleasing communication and convincing presentation skills.
· Proficiency in English & Hindi and any one Indian regional language would be added advantage.
· Go getter sales attitude to convince about the value of academic program to parents/students.
