Each rider should be well presented in appearance but also comfortable

Personal Hygiene is key as each driver is the front line of the business and it reflects on the shop.

Rider’s will have bike’s and weather protection clothing provided (this clothing will sit on top of the

drivers own choice of clothing).

Good customer service skills, empathy and an understanding of complaints (should any arise)

Be able to use initiative and use problem-solving skills
