Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carry out technical and functional study, analysis, and review of current business processes and requirements
2. Identify and develop efficient and optimum processes and solutions
3. Prepare project documentation in Confluence, Word, and Excel as required
4. Work as JIRA - SCRUM manager
5. Communicate with different stakeholders, project teams, cross-functional teams, and ERP service providers as required

Skills required:

1. Graduation in any IT stream/engineering/BCA/MCA/science
2. Creative and strategic thinker, innovative problem-solving skills, highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
3. Self-starter, get-stuff-done attitude - willing to get into the weeds
4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
