Position Summary:

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate at Mitigata. As a Business Development Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, market research, In-person meetings and communication. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including market research and identifying potential clients.
Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services/products, understand their needs, and generate interest.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with leads through follow-up communications.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Use CRM tools to track interactions, feedback, and progress with leads.
Participate in industry conferences and networking events to gather contacts and increase company visibility.
Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and future plans in lead generation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience of in lead generation and cold calling, preferably in the insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be ready for in-person meetings and travel as well
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Insurance.
Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Bilingual abilities.
