Role and Responsibilities:
Student Counselling/Sales call:
1. Engage with prospective students over the call. Understand their background,
career aspirations, and challenges they may be facing and pitch the Pregrad
courses accordingly.
2. Maintaining the database on the internal templates.
Enrollment Assistance:
1. Assist students with the Enrollment process, including course selection, fee
payment, and registration.
2. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
3. Give clear details about the fee structure and payment cycles as shared by the
management.
Performance Tracking:
1. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling outcomes, and
conversion rates.
2. Provide periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of
counselling efforts.
Sales Pipeline:
1. Maintaining sales daily pipeline with Self Generated leads, Referrals, Follow ups
and assigned leads, for achieving daily/weekly conversion rate goals.
Sales Conversion:
1. Negotiate WIN-WIN deals.
2. Manage profitability index as per management guidelines.
Student Coordination:
1. Write and share messages/emails professionally to record all the discussions
with the student.
2. Be the interface between the student and the operations team from enrollment
to completion of the course.
