· Becoming familiar with the company's products and services.
· Attracting new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.
· Cold calling and counselling for career counselling.
· Seminar and conducting exams in our associated schools for data activities.
· Researching to find and connect with prospective clients.
· Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
· Identifying new business opportunities.
· Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.
· Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
· Helping the marketing department with promotional projects.
· Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices.
· Reviewing client’s feedback and making necessary changes.
· Any changes can be done as per our company guidelines and requirements from our Business Development Executives
· The circular shall be released In case any changes to it.
· Preferred candidate profile
· We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development sales intern with a strong background in the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
· Knowledge and Professionalism: Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, preferably within the education industry. A deep understanding of the JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and NDA courses is essential.
· Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of our courses and offerings, including curriculum, features, and benefits. Ability to effectively communicate these to potential clients and stakeholders.
· Experience in the Same Field: Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Previous experience in marketing educational services or products is highly desirable.
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
· Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and overcome challenges in a competitive market environment.
