Role Overview:
Areness is looking for a Cold Caller to join the team who has an excellent communication skill, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience and the development of valuable skills in sales and client communication within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients over the phone, showcasing our services and addressing the inquiries or concerns.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and update relevant information.
4. Schedule appointments.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
