Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft resolutions, minutes of the board meetings, general meetings, notices, and other secretarial documents
2. Conduct legal research and analyze data to support legal proceedings
3. Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs and pleadings
4. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and maintaining case files
5. Assist in managing case calendars and deadlines
