Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, notices, and related company secretarial documents
2. Assist in conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings
3. File FC-GPR and fulfill other FEMA compliances
4. Prepare and file Annual Filing Documents and forms with ROC
5. Handle all secretarial tasks such as share issuance, Right issues, Private placements, authorized capital increase, share transfers, charge satisfaction, charge creation, and modifications
6. Maintain statutory registers
7. Keep records of ROC and RBI files
8. Manage ESOP, Sweat Equity, CCPS, CCD, CN, and other financial instruments

Note: We are looking for CS Article/ Trainees who are registered with ICSI and require training for 24 months as per institute guidelines.
