Responsibilities:

Train users on how to utilize computer systems and software effectively and securely.
Skills:
Excellent technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in operating system administration, including Windows, Linux, or Unix.
