Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. You will execute content development for product catalogues, working closely with the marketplace operations, brand, and design teams to ensure consistency in communications across all sales channels.
2. Write and optimize content for all customer touch points including product titles, descriptions, photographs and videos, infographics, A+ content, packaging, and brand communications
3. Manage listing updates, audits and corrections across channels to ensure brand and content guidelines are followed.
3. Coordinate with the internal team and external creative agencies for the design and development of content for all communication channels including the website, social media and marketplaces, as required.
4. Lead and manage product photography and image corrections with internal and
external teams.
5. Consistently, gather consumer and competition insights to optimize listings for
a high-quality user experience and measure impact based on key performance metrics.
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce/ digital marketing
Experience managing listings and catalog development on Amazon, and Flipkart.
Excellent written skills in English, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to communicate with simplicity and clarity.
Experience with a company that has multiple lines of business and product
categories is a plus.
An interest in using emerging technologies for content development and quality control
