· Responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat . Should possess the skills to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
· Good analytical skills
· Good Knowledge of excel
· Good communication skills
· Good listening and problem solving skills
· Ability to handle stress and pressure
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: Graduation
Experience (in years) Fresher’s / 0 to 12 months
Industry Preferences: Preferred BPO / Call Center /Digital Marketing
Working Hours:
6 Days a week
