Daily delivery of products to clients as per ordered quantity within agreed TAT.
Ensuring on time delivery of order without any damage.
Ensuring to get POD on each and every delivery.
Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives.
Submitting PODs to Record Keeping Executive of concerned branch on same day of delivery.
Responsible for collection of payments in terms of cheques/cash as per instructions.
Responsible to deposit the cash in bank as per the instructions.
Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
