Job Description:

As a Design Engineer - Pre-Engineered Buildings Steel Structures specializing in steel design and engineering, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative PEB solutions for various projects. Working closely with our design team, you will utilize your expertise in different design software and your understanding of steelworks concept design to deliver efficient and economical designs. You will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, developing detailed design plans, and producing technical reports to support project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize design software such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools to develop accurate and efficient PEB designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that PEB solutions meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.
• Study project specifications and conduct thorough analysis to develop cost-effective design solutions.
• Apply your knowledge of steelworks concept design and member selection to optimize structural performance and efficiency.
• Generate technical reports and documentation using MS Office package to support project documentation and communication.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to address design requirements and ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PEB technology and steel design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering or related field and Masters in Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in steel designing and engineering, with a focus on pre-engineered buildings (PEB).
• Proficiency in design software such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of steelworks concept design and member selection.
• Ability to analyze project specifications and develop economical design solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in writing technical reports and documentation using MS Office package.
