Position Overview: Celtron Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our Digital Marketing team as interns. This internship program provides a comprehensive learning experience focusing on various technical aspects of digital marketing, including Google Ads, PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and SMM. Interns will work on real-time projects, gaining practical skills and insights that will prepare them for a successful career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads (PPC):
Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum performance.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Learn to use Google Ads tools such as Google Keyword Planner and Google Ads Editor.
Facebook Ads:
Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.
Develop ad creatives and target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Gain proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics.
Google Analytics:
Learn to set up Google Analytics accounts and implement tracking codes.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Create custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Utilize Google Analytics insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website visibility.
Optimize website content and meta tags for search engines.
Learn on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase organic traffic.
Monitor website rankings and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Manage social media accounts and interact with followers to build brand presence.
Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and automate content distribution.
Analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content strategy.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a college program or have completed a Digital Marketing crash course.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Previous experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
