Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital
Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive digital
marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating SEO, SEM,
email marketing, social media, and content marketing tactics.Content Creation and
Management: Create compelling and relevant content for various digital
platforms including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, etc.
Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery.SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize
website and content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to
drive targeted traffic and conversions.Social Media Management: Manage and
grow social media presence across key platforms. Develop engaging content,
monitor conversations, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty.Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute,
and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive
conversions. Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and
analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for
optimization.Stay Updated with Industry
Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
in digital marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the
competition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, or related field.3-5 years of proven experience in
digital marketing roles.Proficiency in digital marketing
tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools,
social media management tools, etc.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM,
email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability
to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Creative thinker with a passion for
driving results through innovative digital strategies.Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment.
