Core Responsibilities:

Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating HTML5 content using dK ONE from a Storyboard; building quizzes and interactivity; testing of courses prior to the handover etc.
Resources are skilled in elearning content design and development and highly proficient in building courseware in dK ONE or any other eLearning authoring tool (Articulate Storyline)
Resources share ideas around course design and leveraging the latest features in dK ONE
Excellent knowledge of eLearning Design and the latest strategies around learning technology solution
Delivers projects within agreed timeframes
Demonstrates accuracy, attention to details and strict adherence to LCMS standards / Pfizer design principles
Excellent responsiveness and availability to accommodate business critical issues
Run reports for Countries / Regions as required
Publish and set up dK ONE / FLOW scorm packages in LMS
Work closely with the System Administration Team for content development / deployment
Work closely with LSCC point of contact to drive quality / efficiency in the process while improving the production time.
Communicate and update our points of contact in each market as to the status of their requests
Other duties as required.
