Designation – Electrical Engineer for electrical switchgears and electrical equipment’s.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in LV switchgear engineering involving MCC, PCC, IMCC, comprising components like ACB, MCCB, Soft Starters, VFD, ATS, Transformer Bus duct
Good knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD, EPLAN and SAP
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in designing & Cost Estimation of electrical HT & LT control panels. (PCC, MCC, PMCC, DG Synchronizing, PLC, APFC, PDBs, RTPFC, Fire Fighting Panel, Starters Panel, like Soft Starter, DOL Starters, Star Delta Starters, VFD Panel).

· Knowledge of L&T, Schneider, Siemens & ABB Switchgear.

· Knowledge of Type-2 Coordination Chart, Switchgear Selection, Bus-Bar Selection.

· Preparing Electrical Bill of Material, Single Line Diagram, Wiring Schematic & GA Drawing

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Team working skills with ability to work on his own

· Software Skills: - AutoCAD-2D, MS Excel, MS Word.

· HV/MV/LV single line diagrams and power distribution.

· Lighting calculation & design, Earthing calculation & design, Cable trays and cabling system.

· Load calculations, Electrical equipment sizing, Preparation of data sheets/specifications.

· Short circuit calculations, load flow studies, relay coordination’s, relay settings, CT sizing. etc.

Should able to design the General Arrangements of panel, Single line Diagram and Schemes.
Creation of Various Reports (BOM, Terminal list, Cable sheduling, Busbar Calculations, Estimation and costing).
Good technical & organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with internal
and external clients.

· Assembled Control Cabinets, wiring those cabinets, including, motor control, cooling fans and cabinet lighting

· Installed various components in those cabinets, including thermostats, temperature sensors, base plates, and various control modules, Installations should be done neatly and according to printed engineering specifications

· Crimped connectors onto leads for point to point wiring of control circuits and connected wires according to layout drawings.
