Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff to perform allocated roles.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Assist customers with any queries or requests.
  • Administer pay slips to staff.
  • Keep a daily shift log of incidents, absences, tardiness, accidents, complaint, etc.
  • Directs customer relations efforts - responds to customers.
  • Provide assistance in problem areas.
  • Provides leadership and administration of discipline to subordinates.
  • Supervising and guiding staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Creating and implementing floor layout plans for optimal product placement.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Analyzing sales data and strategizing to achieve targets.
  • Handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions.
