We are looking for Foundry Engineer

Who has the complete knowledge about foundry

Minimum 3Yrs of experience

Good knowledge in Foundry machine and sinto

Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge

Should willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

Operate Solidworks 3D CAD and MAGMA simulation software.

Design all new tooling and communicate design to vendors.

Develop CAD for all rigging and gating designs from internal design sketches.

Assist with sampling of new work and collecting documentation.

Build product data into Odyssey ERP software.

Develop process instructions, standard operating procedures, and inspection checklists.

Develop and track weekly metrics for the engineering team.

Perform dimensional inspection and complete reports, and interpret results

Communicate design requirements to internal engineering /sales/operations employees.

Interface with Sales to evaluate casting designs and provide cost estimates.

Interface with customers and vendors.

Build 3D CAD files from customer 2D drawings and rough sketches.
