You'll lead our front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Be our ambassador, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and strong community spirit.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee check-in/out, ensure smooth operations, and maintain accurate records
2. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset
3. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and maintain a clean, safe environment
4. Show new guests around the hostel, creating a positive first impression (within the first 5 minutes!)
5. Be a quick learner, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality

Requirements:

1. Hospitality experience with a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse audience
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
4. Proficiency in hospitality software (a plus)
5. Flexibility for various shifts
6. Fluency in English (regional language preferred)
