Job Description

Recruiting candidates schedule interviews Conducting Interviews
Screening the candidates based on positions listed
Issuing Appointment / Offer Letter
Issuing Employee ID cards
Maintaining employee daily attendance report
Maintaining employee records
Employee Leave policy
Issuing Appraisal letters
Issuing of Experience & Relieving Letter
Processing payroll
Ensure adherence to all HR regulations and company policies.
Manage employee records and systems effectively.
Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards and social media.
Selecting the most suitable candidates and negotiating salary terms.
Extending offers of employment and conducting HR-round interviews.
Maintaining accurate records of candidates and tracking their progress.
Preparing reports on recruiting activities.
Developing and maintaining the company's employer brand.
Maintaining accurate HR records using HR information systems.
Handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
