6. HRMS Handling Grievance handling Insurance Handling.
7. Employee engagement & Rewards & Recognition.
8. Employee onboarding, documentation & induction.
9. Payroll Management
Qualifications, Skills & requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on end-to-end employee life cycle management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong analytical mindset.
Proficiency in HRMS and other relevant software.
