Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3 months
Location: Chennai, TNagar
Stipend: Up to Rs: 5000
NOTE: Must have access to own laptop for work purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing HR activities.
- Identify candidates' requirements for suitable job roles.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage job requirements, screen candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding and joining processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary packages for candidates.
- Conduct salary negotiations with candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have access to own laptop for work purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
