Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Help with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and addressing employee concerns
4. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management programs and diversity and inclusion efforts
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as managing calendars and organizing meetings
