About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
2. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
3. Help organize and coordinate HR events and employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
4. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
5. Assist in conducting training sessions or workshops to enhance employee development and performance
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing correspondence
