Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
2. Work on reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications
3. Maintain the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
4. Work on representing the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence, speaking for the executive
5. Work on welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
7. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
8. Work on complete projects by assigning work to respective members, and following up on results
9. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
10. Maintain company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed
