About the internship
As a 'Human Resources Intern', you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement activities. You will get the opportunity to work on HR-related projects within the organization as well as be part of the day-to-day operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
3. Handle personnel-related administrative duties, including creating employee documents and updating personal files
4. Manage employee attendance, and databases, and assist with joining and exit formalities
5. Assist in implementing training programs
6. Gather data for compensation analysis and salary review, and maintain databases for rewards surveys
7. Work with managers to support various tasks and initiatives
Requirement: Possess strong communication and data understanding skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
