As a Marketing Executive at Finovest Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and expanding our presence in the Ernakulam region. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services to target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to devise effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and online content.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up activities.
Organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to continually enhance the effectiveness of our strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the financial services industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Knowledge of the Ernakulam market and customer preferences is an advantage.
