Responsibilities:

1.      Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically tailored to modern trade channels to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

2.      Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic and sales in modern trade outlets.

3.      Develop strong relationships with modern trade partners, negotiate promotional opportunities, and secure favorable placement of products within retail environments.

4.      Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve desired business outcomes.

5.      Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional collateral tailored to modern trade requirements.

6.      Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2.      Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on modern trade channels within the consumer goods industry.

3.      In-depth understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, promotional strategies, and retail operations.

4.      Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.

5.      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

6.      Flexibility to travel as needed to visit modern trade outlets, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
