Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting research content interpretation for website and social media channels, particularly through inputs on design; editing written summaries, and helping generate audio-visual content as required
2. Supporting writing media pitches, press releases, and media opportunities to build TBAI brand value
3. Maintaining records of media coverage and collating analytics and metrics mapping influencers
4. Managing regular website updates, website agency, and sharing content on social media channels
5. Managing the mailing list on the mail list, developing, circulating, and working on external newsletters, event mailers, special mailers, and targeted outreach
6. Generating content for events, and working on event coordination and management
7. Supporting in developing organizational communications strategy building
8. Working on any other communications requirements that may evolve in line with the skills of the person over time

Other requirements

1. Candidates persuing, completed either a bachelor's or master’s degree in communications, journalism, or other related disciplines

2. Experience in communications and handling social media accounts for organizations (preferably non-profits)

3. Experience in managing multiple social media platforms at the same time with an integrated outcome

4. Experience in synthesizing a creative, clear, and concise way for press briefs, website features, and other outreach materials

5. Good knowledge of google analytics, social media monitoring tool, etc

6. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook for business, Twitter, email marketing & LinkedIn advertising
