• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, desktop hardware, and software applications.
• Install, configure, and upgrade network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.
• Provide end-user training and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in network and desktop support roles.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
