Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as a frontline representative of the company, engaging with farmers and buyers in the designated region
2. Conduct on-site visits to onboard new farmers and buyers onto the platform
3. Provide comprehensive training to users on how to effectively use the platform for buying and selling agricultural products
4. Proactively gather market insights by interacting with farmers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural community
5. Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the local agricultural sector
6. Regularly report findings to the management team including recommendations for strategic implementation
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, buyers, and local agricultural organizations
8. Collaborate with local agricultural communities to foster trust and credibility for the platform
9. Work closely with the management team to translate field insights into actionable strategies
10. Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and onboarding strategies based on real-time market feedback
11. Serve as a point of contact for users in the field, addressing any concerns, issues, or questions they may have
12. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of user inquiries
