About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments and processes
2. Support the management team in implementing strategic plans and initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization
3. Collaborate with various teams to optimize workflow, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline processes, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity
5. Assist in monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making
6. Support in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
8. Work on hiring employees and teachers
9. Manage clients and teachers
