The Role: As the Resort Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation, strategic refurbishment, and rebranding of our resort. This position requires a jack-of-all-trades who is adept in all aspects of hotel management. Reporting directly to and working closely with the owner, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding service and quality, while meeting revenue targets and elevating the resort’s prestige.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring top-tier service and operational efficiency.
Manage and meet revenue and profitability goals, implementing strategies to enhance financial performance.
Lead the refurbishment and rebranding initiatives in collaboration with the owner.
Recruit, train, and lead a highly efficient team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain exceptional standards of service for VIP guests, ensuring their experiences exceed expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with guests, community, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hotel or Resort Manager with a successful track record in managing similar-sized properties.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and motivate a skilled team.
Expert knowledge of all facets of hotel operations including financial management, housekeeping, sales, guest services, and employee management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks.
Passionate commitment to the industry with an innovative approach to business solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Willingness to live on-site at the resort.
