Job Description:
● Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls & emails
● Present and promote a range of travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other related services.
● Understand clients' travel preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements to recommend suitable travel options.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
● Listen attentively to clients' inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and provide timely solutions and assistance.
● Personalise travel itineraries based on client preferences, including destinations, activities, and travel dates.
Product Knowledge:
● Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
● Continuously expand your knowledge of the travel offerings, including new hotels, airlines, and travel experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing travel itineraries.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
