This role will support the Head of GCS CEO Office in their day-to-day activities to provide comprehensive administrative support, including proactive management of committee, processes, and management team mailboxes/calendars, organizing Unit events and townhalls, as well as supporting the reporting processes.
• Provide professional administrative support to the Head of GCS CEO Office
• Manage calendars and support in organizing internal and external meetings
• Act as a first point of contact for the team
• Organize team events, meetings and townhalls, supporting the process management of various people committees/initiatives, including minutes of meetings, logistic setup, etc.
• Support on ad-hoc tasks/deliverables such preparation of presentations (if required),preparation of agenda for Unit events and leadership visits, etc.
• Run reports as required and assist with the administration and coordination of unit and/or departmental reports
• Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with minimum 4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint and other MS Office 365 tools
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Self-motivated, well-organized and efficient, setting adequate priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with others effectively
• Can be discreet and handle highly confidential information
