Job Description

As a Shop Assistant, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the shop's operations. You'll assist customers, manage inventory, and keep the store organized.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect both customers and merchandise.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
