JOB ROLE :
Ø Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers
Ø Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporate mapped
Ø Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporate assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
Ø Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
Ø Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
Ø Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
Ø Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
Ø Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to time
Ø Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
Job Requirements: |
Ø Self-starter and energetic individual
Ø Sales focus in achieving defined targets
Ø Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ø Candidate should be confident & team player
Ø Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
Ø Graduate with5-7 years of relevant experience(in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
