Looking for stores executive in a pump manufacturing factory, material process flow to understand & issue as FIFO. Incoming goods receipt to create and upload in ERP. Issue of materials to inhouse, sub-contracting, other units for related material process, handling rejected items & sent back to suppliers/ scrap.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking

Train and supervise store staff

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions

Prepare and analyze sales reports

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
