Responsibilities

Administrative Assistance:

Provide administrative support to various departments by handling tasks such as data entry, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.

Front Desk Operations:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Greet guests, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Customer Service:

Assist customers, clients, or employees with inquiries, requests, and information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

Maintain and organize data, records, and files, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.

Communication:

Handle incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and mail. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.

Office Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, printers, and phone systems.

Meeting and Event Support:

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting rooms, set up audiovisual equipment, and assist with catering arrangements.

Travel Arrangements:

Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees or executives.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenditures, petty cash, and budgets. Assist with financial record-keeping and expense tracking.
