Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
2. Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating post-interview feedback
5. Assist in creating and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents
