Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
4. Utilize MS Excel to track candidate progress, monitor recruitment metrics, and generate insightful reports
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required documents and information are collected and processed accurately
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience
