Job description:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell alliance group products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the telesales manager.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to increase sales opportunities.
Sales Records: Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
