Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted lists or databases to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their needs, answer questions, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, pricing structure, and competitive advantages to position them effectively in the market.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales and maximizing revenue opportunities.Utilize sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and overcoming objections to drive sales and increase average order value.Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, calls made, and sales closed, using CRM software or other relevant tools.Follow up with prospective customers who have expressed interest or requested additional information to ensure a seamless sales process and close deals.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, share best practices, and contribute to the achievement of overall sales objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines while conducting sales activities and handling customer information.
Qualifications:
